Colorado graded a "C" on OHV management

Responsible Trails America

A new report from the independent off-highway vehicle watchdog group Responsible Trails America (RTA) gives Colorado a mediocre grade because of the small size of the identification decals required on registered OHVs.  Law enforcement and county officials from around Colorado have asked for a larger, more visible ID to help enforce motorized use on public lands.   CMC and stakeholder groups are calling on the State Trails OHV program to require a motorcycle plate or a larger decal for OHVs.
